Sports Coach & Fitness Specialist – International Partner, Base Training Academy
Dorota is a certified sports coach with fitness specialization and instructor credentials in modern recreational gymnastics. She serves as CEO of the STEPLOVERS project. Her professional experience spans since 2008, working at prominent fitness facilities in Poland and beyond.
From 2016-2018, she held the position of Fitness Manager at Exo Fitness locations in Miosk Mazowiecki and Marki, while teaching at their Studio Duczki branch.
Her specializations include dance and step aerobics (professional IFAA certification), personal training, kettlebell instruction (IFAA certified), functional training, and blackroll techniques. Since 2018, she has worked as a Fitness Instructor at Impuls Bielany and Akademia Zdrofit Krucza, combining various training methodologies.
