Triathlon combines muscle growth, improved aerobic fitness and increased endurance. Triathlon lowers blood pressure, reduces the risk of osteoporosis and prevents cardiovascular problems and even certain types of cancer.  At the same time, since triathlon exercises the whole body, all muscle groups are being activated and that way there comes an increase in the muscular level of the trainees’ body.

Since the distances that have to be covered in triathlon are huge, this also requires strong mental levels. In order to complete and finish the races, the practitioners need to be persistent and patient, so that they can convince themselves that they can fulfill their goals.
