Exercise: Tips on how not to quit now that you are back in the office

It has been about a month since I returned to the office after 1.5 years of working remotely! My daily life has  turned upside down a bit, I can say, because I was used to doing things differently. Now I have to run here and there and find time to exercise because I can not sit in a chair all day! One of the few “good things” of the quarantine was that we had more  time for beneficial activities such as exercise. Certainly, lack of time for exercise is not only my concern. It concerns many people who returned to the office. Luckily, for both them and me, there are solutions to the problem. Check them out below!

Find time

It is probably the most important thing. If you have to get up one or two hours before work to exercise because you only have those hours for yourself, then do it. It may be a little difficult at first but it’s worth it. Are you passionate about functional training? Do you want to be the best trainer? Then attend the “Cross Trainer Certifcation” seminar organised by Base Training.

Use youtube

There are really endless workouts that you can do there and even completely free programs that last two and three months. If you want to do something different and more “adventurous” then do it during the weekends.

Every move counts

The 10 minute walk from the subway to the office when you go to work, the 10 minute walk on the way back, the stairs you use. Everything counts. All the movement that you had lost by staying at home now you find it again and it is very valuable. Do not miss all these small opportunities for movement. Park the car farther away, get off at a stop that is further away, take breaks that include walking when you work at the office. Giota Florou source: today.com Recent Articles
