The duration of our core seminars (personal & Pilates training) has been set based on the curriculum that needs to be taught and analyzed. Both the curriculum and the practical training our students undergo are extensive. In fact, according to European and American fitness education standards, they are among the most comprehensive offered by any private training institution worldwide. This is because we love providing thorough knowledge and always strive to deliver the highest quality distillation of our many years of experience.
Base Training is proud of the educational programs it pioneers and creates in the fitness and Pilates industry. However, the most important aspect is the educational process followed and the way each educational chapter is completed. Key allies in this journey are our modern audiovisual tools and interactivity, which play a prominent role for us. Specifically, our unique learning system combines practical application and the immediacy of video monitoring, setting aside the one-way street of reading text. This way, we achieve a more productive and interesting educational journey, especially for students who struggle to absorb large texts. Our system is successfully applied even in the purely practical part of seminars, offering our students a thorough and complete learning process.
The highest educational certificate is the university degree, which corresponds to 4 years of education. Our 2-year program provides a state coaching diploma through attendance at the IEK Coaching program. What does this mean? It means that our graduates can work as coaches and start their careers in the fitness industry. Participation in Base Training seminars allows graduates of Physical Education departments to specialize and become even more competitive in both the domestic and international market.
The official state law sets certain building and construction specifications for gym licensing.
It also stipulates that the gym director must be a Physical Education graduate. A holder of a seminar attendance certificate from Base Training can open their own gym or fitness space through a partnership with a Physical Education graduate. All Base Training instructors always support participants in gaining experience in the field of exercise.

The sports law is clear. In Greece, one can work as a coach and as a regular trainer in a gym facility when they are a Physical Education graduate.
In the EU on the other hand, the law allows holders of EREPS Level 4 Certification to work in all gyms. In Greece, the field of employment is open to everyone, whether as office employees or in other specialties (reception, secretarial support, sales managers, financial management and general gym administration, etc.).
